Paul Aceto is a passionate and committed Real Estate Agent and Real Estate Investor in Denver, CO. He has been working in Denver’s Real Estate market since 2003. In that time, he has acquired a multi-state investment portfolio of single family homes and multi-unit properties, and built a top producing Real Estate Sales Team.

Paul’s successes are owed to his passion for the business and sincere concern for his clients’ best interests. This basic belief and culture allows Paul and his Team to build trust with clients and generate consistent referrals.

Paul received his formal education at the University of Colorado at Boulder, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. During and after his academics he worked in both residential and commercial construction and Civil Engineering. During that time, he acquired skills in most of the major trades including framing, HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, flatwork, and foundations to name a few. Prior to pursuing his passion for Real Estate, Paul worked as an associate engineer as a bridge inspector and designer for a large national civil engineering firm.

Personally, Paul enjoys snowboarding, travelling to Central America, surfing, carpentry, Real Estate, meeting new people and serving his community. Paul’s personal vision is to serve a developing community in Central America on a continual basis while residing there part time.

As a Colorado native and trusted Real Estate professional for the last 12 years, Sarah recognizes the importance of having a knowledgeable agent to guide you through such an important transition. Serving the industry since 2007, she sees her role as an adviser and advocate for her client’s best interests to help them reach their goals.

Sarah believes that location is as important as the home itself. Over the years, she has witnessed some of the great neighborhood transformations throughout Denver. Old industrial factories, warehouses and buildings were revamped into the thriving River North Art District (RiNo) to the wild increase in home values, she can quickly bring her client up to speed with Denver’s often confusing maze of communities, each with their distinct characters – LoHi, SoCo, Cherry Creek North, LoDo, RiNo, SoBo, Park Hill, Stapleton, Wash Park, and on to the outlying suburbs. 

With so much at stake for Buyers and Seller alike, real estate dealings for many become a grinding, stressful experience. Sarah consistently sees this unfortunate routine and considers it her mission to make any real estate transaction an educational and empowering experience.

A lifelong resident of Colorado, Calvin brings local understanding and geographic knowledge to his role as a REALTOR®/Buyer-Specialist on The Aceto Team, as well as a passion for helping people. Coming from a family of educators, community engagement and helping others is important to Calvin.

A graduate of Colorado State University, Calvin earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Exercise Science: Health Promotions. Calvin’s primary drive to study this program was to learn community outreach and planning. He began his professional career as a contractor for corporate health and wellness, as well as a part-time investor. Calvin became fascinated with architecture at a young age. Some of his favorite styles are Spanish colonial, and Mediterranean revival.

Outside of the office, Calvin enjoys hiking, camping, motorsports, winter sports, martial arts, exercising, and spending time with his loved ones (two of which are his beloved pug and puggle).

Home buying is often the biggest investment people make – financially and otherwise. It is Calvin’s goal to provide knowledge and insight to clients, so that they may find the perfect fit for their real estate needs.
