PHASE 2: Negotiating
Receipt and review of all counter offers with exceptional detail and present to you in a clear, concise and timely fashion.
Prepare for Closing
Understanding the steps associated with the due diligence during the Real Estate transaction.
Come to terms with your seller and mutually accept an offer.
Advising you during the negotiations at time of offer and during inspection objections.
PHASE 3: Facilitating the Transaction
Sort Through All Needed Docs
Offer presentation, negotiations and mutual agreement between you and Seller.
Settle Inspection Issues
We do everything in our power to bring the transaction to fruition. Including resolving inspection issues, and meeting contractors and inspectors at the property.

Lead Your Team
We maintain consistent communication between your mortgage professional, the Listing Agent, the closer at the title company and you, the Buyer.
We perform a pre-closing walk thru on the day of Closing or 1 day prior.
We review all settlement statements and attend Closing with you to confirm that everything is finalized.
PHASE 4: Post Closing
Repeated post-closing follow ups from our team to confirm that everything at your new home is to your satisfaction.
Help with Renovations and Sub-Contracting
We continue to offer construction knowledge and referrals for subcontractors and vendors to help you with home maintenance and repair.
