Stapleton Real Estate

Located just northeast of downtown Denver, Stapleton real estate is a sprawling, family-friendly neighborhood that truly encompasses the natural beauty of Colorado. The vibe of this neighborhood could be best described as “urban tranquil”. Stapleton is filled with both bold, modern-style homes as well as small estates settled on grassy expanses.

As one of the nation’s largest new urban developments, Stapleton is unique in that it is designed to get people out and about. Front porches are almost always occupied by family and friends, and residents can explore the scenic central park with both the Rockies and the inner city being a short 15 minutes away.

Discover the Beautiful Community of Stapleton

Amongst the single-family homes and their alley-fed garages that wind through Stapleton, residents are never far away from one of the area’s 50 parks. Residents can explore Denver’s third largest park, Central Park, located in the heart of Stapleton real estate, and explore up to 80-acres of Colorado green spaces.

Or, if you’re looking to mingle with Stapleton’s active crowd, walk over to Greenway Park’s “Greenbelt” trail and run, walk, or bicycle through the neighborhood. Want something with a bit more expanse? Drive 15-minutes north and you’ll be surrounded by the open lakes, wetlands, prairie grasslands, and woodlands of Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge.

With all of Stapleton real estate’s natural beauty, it comes as a surprise to many potential residents that there are also lots of urban amenities. Some of Stapleton residents’ favorite places to explore are the many brunch spots, fitness classes, restaurants, and shops that bring the community together.

One of the coolest shopping areas located in Stapleton – in our opinion – is the Old Stanley Aviation building. Fun historical fact: Stapleton was built on the site of the decommissioned Stapleton International Airport, which closed in 1955. Now, the old aviation building has been converted into a dynamic collection of restaurants and shops.

But shopping and dining aren’t the only ways Stapleton residents choose to spend time together. Avid sports fans will be pleased to know that just across East 56th Avenue, community members can be found cheering on the Colorado Rapids at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park. And if you want to shake things up and ditch the local scene for a day, residents can easily hop on the University of Colorado A Line train for a fun excursion in Denver’s inner city.

It’s quite easy to get caught up in the excitement that this neighborhood has to offer. And residents of Stapleton like it that way. The strong community aspect here makes it seriously family-friendly. With 9 schools – both public and private – and plenty of space, Stapleton real estate is perfect for families. Kids will have just as much fun growing up in Stapleton as their parents and neighbors will enjoy building their home here.
